My latest op-shopping adventure found me a Royal 200 typewriter for the bargain price of $20!
I've been on the look out for one for a long time, perfect for journalling and scrapbooking on those little pieces of paper that just won't go through a printer easily!
Thank-you to the lovely ladies at the Hobart Cat Centre Op Shop in Glenorchy for reducing this little gem from $30 to $20, I'll be back to buy more goodies to make up the difference!
Oooh and one more mention, Hobart's Frock Up event is on this weekend, it'll be a must see, lots of antique and vintage clothing on sale!

great buy Jo
Takes me back to the days when I was learning to type on a tiny portable in my bedroom.
That's a fantastic find! i'm very jealous. The ones i've seen so far are hundreds of dollars at least.
The Cat Centre ladies are fabulous and the prices there are always really reasonable!
Well done on your find Jo....must brush the dust off mine for a pic one day!
Cheers....Jane.

Oh total score JO, that is such a great find. Hopefully next time i go to Sydney to visit my father-in-law he'll hand over his WW2 military typewriter, it's glorious. Love Posie
Nice buy
This is a very neat find, Jo....typewriters have little personalities all of their own that computers and printers don't, so look forward to seeing what you create!
