Holiday and Grab Bags

It was a public holiday here yesterday for the Hobart Show, I spent the day stitching, doing a few chores and looking after my son.
I worked on my Noah's Arc blocks, a little gift for my Stitching Angel package and I made a grab bag. It's a bit dull so I might add something to it, maybe some embroidery....hhhmmm, not sure, any ideas?
There's a link to the grab bag pattern under Great Tutorials in my side bar.

I would say flowers of butterflies, applique or stitch something simple. I like your bag where did you get your pattern?

I like it as it is, but you could perhaps add some embroidery in the same colour, which would add a different texture without changing the overall look too much.

I've been on your blog so often, but for the first time I see the 'links to great tutorials'. They really are great! Thanks for sharing them with us! Would you mind if I put some of these on my blog as well? Please let me know.

It's cute as it is, but maybe a few felt flowers with button centres?
