Are you stitching along with Helen's Stitched Sundays?
I have been doing them, they're just a little something to stitch at night time to keep me happy. Plus I'm keeping an eye out for pointers that will help me improve.
Here's mine so far
I used pellon on the back, gives a slight puffy result.
My thread choices were a bit plain so I brightened up the backstitch one
and I'm halfway through the stem stitch project.
I've just finished my Tis The Season quilt
Lucy had to investigate to make sure I trimmed all those loose threads back. I think she's happy.
My sewing room is a bit chilly at the moment so I don't get much machine work done during these winter months but I've promised myself the next project on the machine is to assemble my Gardner's Journal top and I think it'll be a quilting by hand job unless I send it out to be done professionally!

Nice finish with the TTS quilt....glad it passed inspection! Helen's samplers are cute...!
All lovely Jo. You need a heater in your sewing space, so you can keep on sewing through winter.

Looks great, lovely work, I like your colours. If you sew fast you might keep warm in your space...
I see your dog likes to inspect your work as well!
I haven't had time to stitch them, but I've been enjoying all the lessons and it's fun to see what others are doing. It's so generous and fun of Helen to offer this!

TTS is beautiful Jo - love the pinks and reds together. Lucy is a cutie.
Hi Jo you Tis the season quilt is just lovely. And of course your stitcheries from Stitch sundays look great as well. Good luck with the Gardener's journal particularly if you do the hand quilting, but I bet you give in and have it done professionally done as I know you are always temped with the "next" project in line!!! I did and am so happy with mine.
